This silicone boot is a soft pliable cover to protect the clutch actuator cylinder in a vehicle from water, dirt, and debris. Because Silicone 40A Resin shows excellent chemical and thermal resistance, the boot can be exposed to high temperatures and chemicals such as salt water, oils, alcohol, or polar solvents without showing any degradation in properties. The durability of Silicone 40A Resin allows for the boot to be used on the field for validation testing or as an end-use part.

Grey Resin V5

Adjustable Angle Bracket

Grey Resin V5 is an exceptionally versatile General Purpose Resin, offering an optimal balance of fast print speed, high accuracy, presentation-ready appearance, and strong mechanical properties.

This bracket uses a Hirth joint to allow the angle between two components to be adjusted in 10 degree increments, while a threaded cap secures the serrated teeth together. The design leverages the ±0.15% dimensional tolerances of the Form 4 to enable the creation of tapered teeth that mesh tightly. The crisp detail resolution of Grey Resin V5 allows for a position indicator with embossed text and M20 x 2.5 mm printed threads.

Clear Resin V5

Millifluidics Chip

Clear Resin V5 is an exceptionally clear and color-neutral 3D printing resin, offering an optimal balance of fast print speed, high accuracy, transparency, strong mechanical properties, and an easy, reliable workflow.

This millifluidics chip features a 1.5 mm Y-channel to mix two fluids. Parts printed on the Form 4 exhibit varying clarity based on orientation: the top surface is crystal clear, while the sides and bottom are slightly more hazy. This model uses this feature to achieve a clear upper surface without polishing. Additionally, Clear Resin V5 can be polished to achieve clarity comparable to acrylic.

Tough 1000 Resin

Gear Assembly

Tough 1000 Resin is a pliable, impact-resistant, and lubricious material for squeezable parts and low-friction assemblies. Parts printed in Tough 1000 Resin are robust and have low friction, with similar strength and stiffness to polyethylene (PE) and a coefficient of friction comparable to Delrin®️ (POM).

This printed gear assembly features two spur gears that are joined by a snap-fit connector. The low friction of Tough 1000 Resin enables the the assembly to rotate freely.

Flexible 80A

Handle Grip

Flexible 80A Resin is the most stiff soft-touch material in our library of Flexible and Elastic Resins, with an 80A Shore durometer to simulate the flexibility of rubber or TPU.

Balancing softness with strength, Flexible 80A Resin can withstand bending, flexing, and compression, even through repeated cycles. This material is well-suited for cushioning, damping, and shock absorption.
